FUNCTION
– You are responsible for the complete follow up and export files for different destinations
– You take care of all transports and customs formalities
– You take care of sea freight, air freight and road transport
– You manage the entire administrative handling of the export files
– You are in contact with customers, shipping lines, transporters, warehouses and the internal customs department
PROFILE
– You are a team player with a strong drive to customer contact and excellent service
– You are a punctual planner and organizer
– After an initial working period you are able to handle export files independently
– You are accurate and ensure a correct handling of trade documents
– You are fluent in communication and can easily adapt to various contacts
– You are enthusiastic, motivated and love to work in an international and multicultural context
– You are a Bachelor Logistics or equivalent through experience
– You are skilled in French, English and Dutch + Spanish is a plus
– Smooth computer skills
